At MILOTA, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed pieces with premium quality and attention to detail. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Returns
We currently do not offer returns on products once sold.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear images of the product
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be intact
• Product must be returned in original packaging
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Customized or altered products
MILOTA reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
